Age 16

Some people have every advantage and still find ways to work against themselves.I’ve been that person. Now I help others find the way through.
Who this is for
Talent, resources, options, and somehow still ending up somewhere you didn’t intend. That’s not a character flaw. It’s a pattern, and it’s one I know from the inside.
I work with young adults, and sometimes their parents, who grew up with real advantages and still found ways to work against themselves. Enough room to spiral before anyone notices. Enough distance from anyone who has actually been there. I’m not here to lecture you about wasted potential. I’ve been exactly that person, and I’m here to help you find your way through it, the way I found mine.

The story
None of what follows was the plan. All of it is why I do this.
Age 16
Trouble that put me somewhere I never expected
The years after
The decade I mostly lost
Rebuilding
My body worked when my head didn't
The work
Two years of uncomfortable work
The professional years
Years spent in rooms like yours

Why me
Everyone is a coach now. I’d rather tell you exactly what I am and exactly what I’m not.
Lived experience isn't a certificate, but it isn't nothing either
A lot of coaches are warm, motivated people who haven't been through much. There's a real difference between understanding something and having lived it. I've sent a considerable amount of pain my way over the years, through my own choices, more than once. It made the last decade hard. It also made me a different and happier person on the other side. That's not a credential you can study for.
I'm not standing above you
Coaching implies someone stands above someone else. I have no interest in that. Most people already carry their own answers, what they need is help finding the way there, not someone telling them what to do. When it comes to changes in how you live and how you handle your own mind, I'll offer guidance and bring in my own experience where yours falls short. The rest is guided self-discovery.
Years inside the world you're living in
I spent five years as a private tutor for the children of diplomats, executives and public figures, then years teaching adults at companies like Philips, Nike, PwC and KPMG. That gave me something my own story alone doesn't: years of watching this world from the inside, professionally. I've seen how money changes the shape of a problem rather than solving it, what these families tend to avoid naming, and what actually helps versus what only looks like help. My own path gives me the empathy. That experience gives me the pattern recognition.
Most people already have their answers. What they’re missing is someone honest enough to help them find them.
My method
I’m a trained teacher, not a therapist. What I bring is years of learning how people actually change, applied to my own life long before anyone else’s. I’ll always tell you where something comes from, including when I’ve only scratched the surface of it.
Where I can help directly
- Working through past experiences that are holding you back
- Behavioural patterns, habits, avoidance, self-sabotage, and how to shift them
- Work-life balance and finding direction
- Your relationship to technology and digital habits
- Structured self-reflection and personalised exercises
Where I’ll bring in someone else
- Clinical mental health support
- Nutrition and medical questions
- Addiction treatment requiring medical oversight
- Legal and financial decisions
Some things need a specialist, not a guide. Where that’s the case I’ll say so directly, and help you find the right person rather than pretending to be one.
If you’re wondering whether this fits your situation, that’s exactly what a first conversation is for.
If something here landed, the next step is a conversation, free, unhurried, and with no expectation attached.
